At ALLPOWERS, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the terms for warranty, cancellations, and returns specifically for our customers in the Philippines.
1. 5-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 5-year warranty on our portable power stations, starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes (e.g., accidents, typhoons), or natural wear and tear is not covered.

Service: For warranty claims, please contact service@allpowers.ph with your order number and serial number.
2. Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: You may request a full refund and cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at service@allpowers.ph immediately.

Address/Stock Issues: If a product is out-of-stock or the provided address is incomplete/incorrect, we will contact you via email. If we receive no response within 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At ALLPOWERS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Coverage: Return and exchange services are currently available exclusively for orders within the Philippines.

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Standard Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, including all original accessories, cables, manuals, and any promotional gifts.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from allpowers.ph is required to process your request.

4. Return Process
To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email service@allpowers.ph to initiate the process. Provide your order number and a screenshot/copy of your proof of purchase.

Authorization: Do NOT ship the product back to the original shipping address on the package. Our team will provide a specific return address and detailed instructions via email.

Inspection: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refund Timeline

Method: Once approved, the refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method (e.g., the original payment account or bank card used for the purchase).

Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 business days.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. If you do not see the credit after 14 business days, please check with your bank or contact our support team.
6. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the same product on our official website within 30 days of your purchase, ALLPOWERS will refund you the difference.

Requirement: Provide a clear screenshot of the lower price and your valid purchase history to service@allpowers.ph.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Liability for return shipping costs is determined as follows:

a. Faulty/Defective Returns: If the product is defective upon arrival or has quality issues within the return window, ALLPOWERS will bear the shipping costs.

b. Unconditional (Change of Mind) Returns: For returns due to personal preference or subjective reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Note: If you reject a shipment after it has been dispatched, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.
