1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days).

Operating Hours: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Volume Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email at service@allpowers.ph.
2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

Coverage: We ship to the contiguous Philippines, including major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to outlying islands with no standard courier coverage, overseas territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for successful delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To ensure the most reliable service, all orders are fulfilled directly from our Metro Manila Warehouse. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders nationwide, with no hidden costs at checkout.

Important Delivery Information
Regional Variations & Archipelagic Logistics Please note that the exact delivery date within the 3-7 business days window depends on your geographical location. Due to the archipelagic nature of the Philippines, delivery times may fluctuate based on the distance from Metro Manila and the transit schedules to specific islands or remote provinces.

Metro Manila & Greater Luzon: Typically arrives on the earlier side of the estimate.

Visayas, Mindanao, & Island Provinces: May require the full 7-day period due to inter-island transit.

Our Logistics Partner Our primary logistics partner is Flash Express (PH). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Safety Note on Battery Transport ALLPOWERS products utilize high-capacity LiFePO4 batteries. Due to strict safety regulations for transporting large-scale energy storage units (such as the R-Series or S-Series), these items are transported via specialized land or sea freight. While this ensures the highest safety standards, it is the primary reason why deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao may lean toward the 7-business-day upper limit.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking information will typically be updated within 48 hours of dispatch.

You can track your parcel on the Flash Express official website or through our provided tracking link.
5. Import Duties & Taxes

Local Warehouse: For products shipped directly from our Philippines local warehouse, VAT is included in the purchase price.

De Minimis Value: For any orders processed via international shipment, please note that according to Philippine customs law, orders exceeding PHP 10,000 may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Address & Information Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information provided is 100% correct. ALLPOWERS is not responsible for missing parcels or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We cannot redirect or change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.
7. Damages & Missing Parcels

If you receive your order damaged, please contact ALLPOWERS Support within 7 business days at service@allpowers.ph.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are required to file a claim with the carrier (Flash Express/J&T).

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 5 business days.
