1. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Note: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from the official allpowers.ph store.


2. Shipping & Return Policy

We provide a tiered shipping policy to ensure your product functions perfectly from Day 1.

  • Within 30 Days of Receipt (Manufacturing Defects):

    If the product is confirmed defective, ALLPOWERS will provide a replacement. We will cover the full shipping costs for the return of the defective unit and the delivery of the new one.

  • After 30 Days of Receipt (Warranty Repair):

    For technical issues occurring after the initial 30 days, customers may send the unit to our service center for repair. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to the warehouse, while ALLPOWERS will cover all labor and replacement part costs.

  • Customer Convenience: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer convenience once the product has been used.


3. Warranty Statement

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide valid proof of purchase, including:

  1. Order Number (from allpowers.ph)

  2. Sales Invoice or Confirmation Email (showing product details, price, and channel)

  3. Evidence of Defect (Photos or videos to help our technicians diagnose the issue)


4. Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Products with an expired warranty period.

  • Defects caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or failure to follow the official instruction manual.

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., dropping, extreme temperatures, liquid ingress).

  • Damage caused by Force Majeure (lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

  • Products that are lost or stolen.

  • Issues caused by using unauthorized third-party parts or accessories.
