Product Warranty Regulations
All products purchased directly from ALLPOWERS Philippines Official Store (allpowers.ph) are covered by our comprehensive limited warranty. The warranty period begins from the date the product is delivered to the customer. By using the product, you agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we provide an exchange service. Please contact us via our Contact Form within 30 days of receipt to initiate a replacement.
Please Note:

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer convenience.

If you purchase from unauthorized third-party sellers or other online stores, we cannot guarantee product authenticity or quality, and the official manufacturer's warranty will not apply. Please contact the original place of purchase for defect inquiries.
Warranty Period & Registration
To provide our Filipino customers with the highest level of security and long-term reliability, we have simplified our warranty structure:

5-Year Limited Warranty: Applicable to ALL NEW PRODUCTS purchased on allpowers.ph, including all R-Series, S-Series, Solar Panels, and Accessories.
Warranty Registration: While your order record serves as proof, we strongly recommend registering your product on our official portal to ensure faster service and future updates.

(Note: For refurbished products purchased specifically through official clearance, a separate 2-year warranty applies unless otherwise stated.)
Warranty Shipping Fees

Within 30 Days of Receipt: ALLPOWERS will bear the full shipping costs for returning the defective product to our warehouse and sending the replacement.

After 30 Days of Receipt: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the unit to our service center/warehouse for repair. ALLPOWERS will cover the labor and parts costs under the warranty terms.
Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

Expiration: The product warranty period has expired.

Misuse: Defects caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or failure to follow the official instruction manual.

External Factors: Damage caused by overheating, liquids, or other external environmental factors.

Lack of Proof: Failure to provide a valid invoice or order confirmation clearly showing the order number and product details.

Force Majeure: Damage caused by lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disasters.

Gifts & Parts: Free gifts are not covered. The product charging adapter is excluded from the extended warranty period.

Theft/Loss: Products that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to unauthorized third-party parts.
Special Note for Platform Orders
For orders placed on other official platforms (such as Shopee or Lazada), please contact the respective platform store's customer service directly. To avoid repeated applications, warranty requests for platform orders will be handled according to the specific rules of that marketplace.
