Warranty, Returns & Refunds Policy
At ALLPOWERS, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines the terms for warranty, cancellations, and returns specifically for our customers in the Philippines.
1. 5-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 5-year warranty on our portable power stations, starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes (e.g., accidents, typhoons), or natural wear and tear is not covered.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours: You may request a full refund and cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at allpowersph.01@gmail.com immediately.

After 24 Hours/After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched or a tracking number generated, it cannot be canceled or intercepted.

Address/Stock Issues: If a product is out-of-stock or the provided address is incomplete/incorrect, we will contact you via email. If we receive no response within 15 days, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. 30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility: Return services are currently available for Philippines orders only.

Timeline: You may return purchased items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: For "Change of Mind" returns, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
4. Return Process
To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email allpowersph.01@gmail.com to initiate the process. Provide your order number and a screenshot/copy of your proof of purchase.

Authorization: Do NOT ship the product back to the original shipping address on the package. Our team will provide a specific return address and detailed instructions via email.

Inspection: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. If you do not see the credit after 14 business days, please check with your bank or contact our support team.
6. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the same product on our official website within 30 days of your purchase, ALLPOWERS will refund you the difference.

Requirement: Provide a clear screenshot of the lower price and your valid purchase history to allpowersph.01@gmail.com.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Liability for return shipping costs is determined as follows:

a. Faulty/Defective Returns: If the product is defective upon arrival or has quality issues within the return window, ALLPOWERS will bear the shipping costs.

b. Unconditional (Change of Mind) Returns: For returns due to personal preference or subjective reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Note: If you reject a shipment after it has been dispatched, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.
