Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ALLPOWERS. We are committed to providing reliable power solutions across the Philippines. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days).

  • Operating Hours: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Volume Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email at allpowersph.01@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

  • Coverage: We ship to the contiguous Philippines, including major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

  • Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to outlying islands with no standard courier coverage, overseas territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for successful delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tiered shipping based on your location. Our primary carrier is Flash Express (PH).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information will typically be updated within 48 hours of dispatch.

  • You can track your parcel on the Flash Express official website or through our provided tracking link.

5. Import Duties & Taxes

  • Local Warehouse: For products shipped directly from our Philippines local warehouse, VAT is included in the purchase price.

  • De Minimis Value: For any orders processed via international shipment, please note that according to Philippine customs law, orders exceeding PHP 10,000 may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Address & Information Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping information provided is 100% correct. ALLPOWERS is not responsible for missing parcels or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • We cannot redirect or change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.

7. Damages & Missing Parcels

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact ALLPOWERS Support within 7 business days at allpowersph.01@gmail.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are required to file a claim with the carrier (Flash Express/J&T).

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 5 business days.
